Everything you wanted to know about STRATAGILITY®
A business plan is usually prepared before a business is established or when capital is being raised. By definition it is strictly for businesses. A strategic plan is (or should be) an integral part of running an organisation - it is based on its current position, its desired destination, the gap between them, and how to narrow it.
It can be compared to going on a road-trip - you know where you are, where you want to get to, why you want to get there, and plan your journey based on the resources at your disposal (or those you can get or create).
A strategic plan is an essential tool for commercial as well as charitable organisations.
At the end of a Stratagility® workshop you will have:
- a clear view of where you want your organisation to be and the way you want it to look
- a set of common team values
- a list of activities that will drive your organisation in the next 12-36 months
- a detailed 12 months plan, split into quarters targets, with accountable leaders, KPI's and due dates
- a sample weekly tasks list
After the workshop you will review the tasks on a weekly basis, the quarterly targets every quarter and the entire plan every year. This will ensure that the plan is always on track and relevant.
£2.99 if you do it yourself (for the book on Amazon. it is £4.99 for the printed version). If, though, you have more than 5 people in your team and a turnover of over £500,000 you can probably benefit from a facilitator. Since Stratagility® is a yearly process there is no upfront fee. I charge £750/month for 12 months to cover everything - the preliminary meeting with you and the team members, the workshop, the quarterly reviews, and all the support you need to make it a success.
