It’s not too late (though it might be)

For the third time in a year, I have now been approached by a customer whose business is in a bind.
It is a bit frustrating to see a perfectly viable business struggling to survive when I know for a fact that had they approached me a year earlier they wouldn’t have been in this situation.
The problem is that many business owners are either too proud or not enough aware of the situation of their business, and it is only when they hit a brick wall they ask for help.
So, when do you need to seek advice?
1. When you start
2. When you want to change direction
3. When cash flow starts to become tight
4. When you consider a major investment
5. When growth eludes you
